The popular comedian serves up a second helping of tempting and healthy, low-fat Italian fare, combining recipes with humorous anecdotes about food, family, friends, and show business.
Dom DeLuise says it best himself:
Beside writing children's books and this cookbook, I've been lucky enough to have worked in seventy-six films and to have done the voices for animated features such as The Secret of Nimh, Oliver and Company, An American Tail, Fievel Goes West, All Dogs Go To Heaven 1 and 2. I am in the midst of a television series. I also have the pleasure of doing a nightclub act. I perform magic (badly), talk, sing, bring audience members on stage. I get a big kick out of doing nightclubs. I work at Resorts International, Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, Harrah's, Bally's and The Sahara in Las Vegas. I worked with a wonderful talented conductor, Dan Strickland, for ten years. I am now working with Sal Sicari, who is terrific for me.
