Limited edition, #V/XIV with all prints fully hand coloured by Sylvia Stokeld. Poems by Simon Rae and cartoons by Ronald Searle. Square quarto, 25cm x 25cm, pp 37, [7] Published in an edition of 294 copies, of which 50 were hand coloured. Of the fifty, this is one of fourteen bound in paper covered boards over leather spine, gilt block to the spine, and presented in a blue paper covered slipcase with a hand coloured illustration pasted to the upper cover of the case. Stokeld has hand coloured all 25 of the plates in the book. Printed by Aldgate Press on Zerkall paper, rough cut edges, SIGNED by Ronald Searle and Simon Rae to the limitation page. Book is in Fine condition; the case is Near Fine with a small scuff to the top of the cover illustration. This is the most limited presentation of this book, only 14 copies issued.
