März 1978 in Nürnberg) ist eine deutsche Radio- und Fernsehmoderatorin beim Bayerischen Rundfunk. 1998 schloss sie das Gymnasium Roth mit dem Abitur ab. Anschließend studierte sie Germanistik und Kommunikationswissenschaften in Bamberg und Hamburg. Nebenbei arbeitete sie bei Radio 8. Von 2000 bis 2003 war sie Redakteurin bei Antenne Bayern. Danach begann sie als Nachrichtenredakteurin und Moderatorin beim NDR. 2006 wechselte sie zu Bayern 3. 2015 moderierte sie die Wiesn-live vom Münchner Oktoberfest und hatte dort ihren ersten Auftritt.[2] Seit 27. Mai 2016 moderiert sie die Abendschau.[3] Finger-Erben wuchs zusammen mit ihrer zwei Jahre jüngeren Schwester, der Fernsehmoderatorin Angela Finger-Erben, im mittelfränkischen Rednitzhembach auf. Early episodes of this series do a good job laying the groundwork of the close-knit blue collar Trenton neighborhood of Chambersburg, where finding a fugitive is often as simple as having grandma ask around at the viewing at the funeral home this evening, or calling the second cousin who's married to "Shirley the Whiner." Later entries lean more toward formula slapstick with such established characters as the bounty hunter's sidekick, oversized black "former ho'" Lula, a seven-foot-tall cross-dressing rock guitarist, etc. (In this one, the gang enters a barbecue cook-off.) Since the target readership is presumably anti-gun (preferring a call to the police to draw chalk outlines around rape victims rather than allowing said victims to arm themselves in self-defense), many of our heroine's amusing predicaments stem from her leaving her handgun at home, unloaded, in her cookie jar.
