About this Item

A pair of first day covers, mounted to the original printed sheet stating "Original Limited Edition Inauguration Covers" and pencil-numbered 178 of 200 copies. Both are signed while in office. The Ford envelope is postmarked August 9, 1974, and the Rockefeller is postmarked December 19, 1974. Gerald R. Ford (1913-2006). Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller (1908-1979) served as Vice President 1974-77. Attractively framed and matted, and in excellent condition with minimal fading.
