About this Item

First abridged edition. Inscribed "Kind regards and best wishes to Mary F. Macfarlane" and signed by the author, adding St. Fillans (Scotland) and dated in 1931. A very good copy, clean and sound, with a couple of bumps along the edges, softening to the corners and spine tips, a little color loss to a small patch of spine. Books signed by Frazer are uncommon.
