First edition, first impression, one of 100 copies on hand-made paper signed by Beckett; intriguing doodle in ink to the title page of what I feel must be Pim and Pim [sic] the creatures of this remarkable book; original full tan morocco, t.e.g., unopened; a beautiful copy in the very slightly marked slipcase. There were two limited issues of this first printing of How It Is. One in tan morocco, as here, and one in vellum (also limited to 100 copies). The copy found here is decidedly more scarce.
