First edition of the landmark collection, signed by the poet on the front free endpaper: "Robert Frost, Northampton, February 1924". New Hampshire won Frost his first Pulitzer Prize in 1924. It includes his celebrated poems "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" and "Fire and Ice". Crane A6. Octavo. Woodcut frontispiece, 3 full-page woodcuts and 2 vignettes, all by J. J. Lankes. Original green quarter cloth, spine lettered in gilt, black paper-covered sides, gilt label to front cover, light brown patterned endpapers. Spine a little darkened, extremities bumped and worn in places: a very good copy.
