Ramsden, inscribed in pencil inside the upper cover: ''Hartley from Paul - May 1944''. The recipient was the partner of Margot Eates who in 1948 published the first major book on Paul Nash.Covers dusty. Front cover marked. Spine rubbed and staples rusted away. Good.
