4to. Pp: 204. ISBN: 9781909831988. Paperback with stiff card covers. Inscribed to London's Gay Hussar restaurant and the manager John by compiler's son and foreword author. Scrapbook facsimile. Good. Some creasing to spine, with rubbing and fading to top and bottom of card covers and spine edges. A series of pen lines and small (coffee?) stain to edge of paper block, but the later only effects 1mm or so of p.167-180, otherwise contents very good.
