First edition, first impression, signed by the author; 8vo; offsetting to endpapers, else unmarked internally; publisher's dark blue cloth, titles to spine and upper cover blue, yellow topstain, with the dustjacket, priced '7/6 net' on spine panel, slight dust-soiling, a few nicks to extremities, traces of internal repair, but a very good copy copy in the rare dustjacket. A scarce early Forester title, seldom found in the dustjacket. Signed by the author on the title page.
