First edition. Pictorial wrappers. Illustrated. Inscribed by Rose on title-page, 'Maurice Fridberg, with friendship, Francis Rose, 1946', and with a small drawing of a rose and (I think) a bird. Pictorial wrappers browned and slightly soiled, slightly rubbed at spine, and with the upper yapped edge slightly chipped at one end. The same year as the above inscription, Maurice Fridberg published 'The Gertrude Stein First Reader & Three Plays', which was illustrated by Rose.
