Robert Hale, London. 1982. First Edition. Flat SIGNED by the author to title page + presentation copy written on opposite page "For Betty & Archie with gratitude & love from Pam. Spring 1982" + a lovely handwritten letter loosely inserted from the author to Betty & Archie. Head and tail of spine very slightly bumped. Front endpaper very slightly browned o/w the contents are clean and fresh. The wrapper is price clipped, it is a little creased along top edge of rear cover and is slightly used. It is still a lovely bright wrapper. Seller Inventory # 76612
