The text of Causley's poem is followed by Southam's sheet Music. The dustwrapper illustration, printed in red and black, is by Ralph Steadman.Number 26 copies of 100 copies signed by the author, composer and illustrator. The limitation statement doesn't call for Steadman's signature, but all copies we have seen have had it.Fine.
