A regency Book Of Common Prayer with a fore-edge painting of London. Octavo. Bound in contemporary straight-grained black morocco, lettered and decorated gilt. With a hidden fore-edge painting of St Paul's Cathedral and the River Thames in London, signed "MK". A very good copy, quite rubbed. From a small collection of fore-edge paintings acquired from Henry Sotheran in the 1980s.
