Facsimile reproduction of his diaries, notebooks, scrapbooks, etc, etc. Pictorial boards.Presentation copy from the author, inscribed on the front free endpaper in red ink and with a self-caricatural sketch: 'To Jake love Pete - Amwell Assassins Wolfenshenken [sic and ?] Vive le Shambles ''listen to Blondie'' X'. The recipient is Jake Fior who co-produced the successful single ''For Lovers'' which Doherty released with Wolfman, and who can briefly be spotted in the video which accompanied the release. The reference to Blondie is a somewhat cutting reminder to Fior of his pre-Dohertymania advice to sound more like early Blondie.Together with: a mounted, framed and glazed sheet printed with nine Babyshambles (''Campaign Brute'') wine labels, eight of which bear Doherty's autograph signature ''Peter X'' or ''Pete X'', and one of which has ''Bilo X'', this being his pet name from childhood. The labels were intended to be stuck onto bottles of insultingly cheap but alcoholically powerful wine which were to be delivered to disc jockeys and reviewers.Book: near fine; not issued in dustwrapper. Labels: fine; frame a bit scuffed at the edges.
