Bound in a Laura Ashley patterned cloth over boards by David Simaleavich in his Pheonix Bindery, Amsterdam, grey endpapers, leather gilt-lettered label to the spine. Narrow Quarto, 300 x 170 mm, pp. [2] [1-5] 6-37 [38] [colophon] [3, blank] with 8 wood-engravings by Graham Williams printed from the wood.
