Revised edition SIGNED AND DATED BY THE AUTHOR. xii, 172 pages. Hardcover: H 26.5cm x L 19cm. Black dust jacket rubbed, spine and flap fold ends nicked, short closed tear and crease at front panel's bottom edge. Brown boards with white spine lettering, minor scuffing at spine heel.
