Special edition, limited edition. Signed by the author. Publisher's original black faux leather with titles in red foil to the upper board and spine, in the K. L. Turner illustrated dustwrapper. Red silk bookmark. Illustrated endpapers, one full page colour illustration by K. L Turner and two black and white photographs of the author and illustrator to the rear. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout, and without previous owners' inscriptions and stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper, which is bright and fresh, and without fading, loss, and tears. Issued in an edition of 100 copies, from which this example is numbered 35 and signed by Tony Richards in black ink to the limitation page.
