The spine and edges of the covers are darkened. The front cover & spine are pulling away from the text block. 81 & [1] pages, profusely illustrated in color and black & white, including a full-page color lithograph "Tete de Promethee" by Henry Moore. Very good.From the library of the pressman, illustrator and artist Fridolf Johnson, signed by him at the top of the title page.The contents include "Experiments for a Book" by W.J. Strachan (about Henry Moore's designs for an edition de luxe of Promethee), "The Wood-Engravings of George Mackley" by Thomas Balston, "The Architectural Drawings of Gordon Cullen" by Raymond Philp, "Bernard Partridge and 'Punch'" by Derek Pepys Whiteley, and "Eight Professors in Search of Design" by R.A. Bevan.
