One of an edition limited to 200 copies printed in Bulmer type on Magnani Avorio Biblos paper with marbled boards by Antoniuo Velez Celemin. Including Bewick's portrait of Robert Pollard printed from the wood. Quarter cloth with light brown endpapers, printed paper label to spine. 6¼" x 6¼", pp. [36] with six illustrations tipped-in. A book in Fine condition, now with a clear, archival quality, protective dust-jacket fitted to the book. In addition, there were 100 special copies including an original print of Waiting for Death, made by Iain Bain, signed by him and housed in a chemise.

standard delivery charge in the United Kingdom
We offer a standard delivery charge and insurance to all mainland UK addresses of £4.00 unless the weight of the parcel exceeds 2kg, when the charge will be the actual cost.
Delivery charges outside the United Kingdom
The charge for packing, insurance and delivery of a single book outside the UK is as follows:
To destinations in Europe: £15 plus £2 for each extra item up to a total weight of 2kg. Heavier items are charged at cost.
To destinations in North America and To destinations in the Rest of World: £25 plus £2 forveach extra item up to a total weight of 2kg. Heavier items are charged at cost.
Delivery methods and periods
We will usually use Royal Mail / Parcel Force or a courier.
We will dispatch books within 48 hours of cleared payment, with the expectation that, they will be delivered (a) within the UK no later than 48 hours thereafter
(b) overseas, as soon as possible having regard to local postal/courier services.
The delivery periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
