Titlepage guarded along inner hinge, p35/36 torn in outer margin with some loss but no loss of text. [2], 4, 42pp. BOUND WITH: Postscript to a Letter to the Prince of Wales. Printed for J. Owen. 1795. Half title. [5], 32-67, [1]pp. Disbound. See ESTC N19631, which includes a four-page Preface to the 3rd edition immediately following the titlepage, rather than, as here, a four-page Preface to the 4th edition. The Letter is signed Neptune. The Postscript is scarce; only three UK copies recorded on ESTC N21086. An advert on the final page announces its separate availability 'To accommodate the Purchasers of the former Editions of the Letter'.
