Copy number '247' of an edition limited to 250 signed and numbered copies, signed by the author on the half-title. Set by hand in Bembo and printed on an Arab treadle platen by The Unidentified Flying Printer, the private press of Ursula Freeman. Quarter brick-brown cloth over decorated paper covered boards, printed paper label on the upper board. Small Octavo, 200 x 148 mm, pp. [32] with nine illustrations tipped-in. The illustrations were printed by photolitho. The Illustrators were members of the Brotherhood of Ruralists: Graham Arnold, Sue Cave, Brian Partridge, Ann Arnold, Diana Howard, Graham Ovenden, John Morley, Joseph Hewes and Annie Ovenden. A book in Very Good condition.
