Part Treasury Document Signed on blank verso, (Edward Russell, 1652-1727, Admiral, victor of La Hougue, 1st Earl)

for receipt of £183 18s 6d plus interest, in part repayment of the aid to William and Mary of 11th November 1690, 7½" x 9", printed with MS additions, with Russell's portrait, head and shoulders, engraved by Chambars, 4" x 4" on 7½" x 5", c. 1780, the document no place, 10th July lacks heading, Dalton's endorsement defective at beginnings of lines (easily supplied), instruction at foot of recto trimmed Russell was one of the seven who in June 1688 signed the invitation to the Prince of Orange to become King.
