About this Item

A special Limited Edition published by the Land Press in 1980. The BOOK is in Fine condition. Original blue cloth, titles to spine gilt, decorations to covers gilt and silver designed by James Brockman. With the original blue cloth slipcase as issued in near Fine condition. This is number 31 from an edition of only 400 copies which were Signed by the Author and printed on Barcham Green paper. Accompanied by firstly, the loose Prospectus and secondly, a printed letter from Christie Art auctioneers with a photo of the special leather bound book referring to the prospectus. A very handsome edition of this title originally published in 1964 which has been successfully adapted for the movies starring Colin Firth and directed by Tom Ford.
