Edition of 70. Signed and numbered in pencil lower left by Hamilton. This print was printed, embossed and die-stamped by Hamilton and Giorgio Upiglio in Milan with collage added by Hamilton in London. In February 1967, Fraser and Jagger were arrested for the possession of controlled drugs after a rowdy party at Keith Richards's farmhouse, Redlands, in West Wittering, Sussex. The legal proceedings started in May 1967 and were adjourned until June to be heard in a higher court. A photograph by John Twine published in the Daily Sketch on 29 June, showing Robert Fraser and Mick Jagger being driven to court for sentencing while handcuffed together in a prison van, was the source of this print.
