Hardback in burgundy cloth, inside original unclipped grey dust wrapper. Dust wrapper and book in very good condition, with just some age toning to the spine. Ex libris to front belongs to Robert Elwell of The Grolier Club. 47, [1], 49-53, [3] pages, [128] pages of plates: 351 illustrations. 250 x 190 mm (9� x 7� inches). .
