An der Vorderseite und den Seitenteilen des Halses zeigt sich eine Art von Doppelkinn. Diese Masse ist ebenfalls häufig geteilt. Den Rand des Unterkiefers übersteigt die Geschwulst nie, reicht aber nach unten häufig bis aufs Sternum. An den Seiten kommen aus dem Trigonum inferius grosse Fettmassen.
