Je ne reviendrai pas ici sur la critique usée de la scène où Néron se cache je n'ai rien à ajouter à ce qui en est dit dans l'éloge, et que j'ai tâché de confirmer dans-le Commenlaire. Plus j'y ai réflé chi, plus je me suis persuadé que cette scène loin d'être répréhensible, était une des mieux entendues dela pièce, et l'effet constant de la re présentation a décidé sans appel.
