Dem Arzt zur Orientierung, dem Studierenden zur Präparation der Nerven und Gefäße zu dienen, diese in ihrer gegenseitigen Lage wiedergeben mussen, und daß es nicht angängig war, den Verlauf der Nerven und den der Gefaße gesondert darzustellen. Soweit sich die Venen den Arterien eng anschließen, konnte ihre Abbildung unberücksichtigt bleiben. Was die Übersichtlichkeit der Figuren beträchtlich erhöht.
