Synopsis

Excerpt from The Way to Godhood

Humanity has reached a crisis. That this is true is admitted by all scholars, even by the most conservative We have reached a point that demands a change. Either there must be a step forward or there will be a retrench ment from the plane we now occupy.

That it is possible for us to go backward, to retro grade, is a thing too appalling even to consider, especial ly when we bear in mind that of the vast multitudes of human beings there are comparatively few who truly live, that comparatively few are masters of their own actions, thinking for themselves, fearing neither orthodox opinions of whatsoever sort nor legislative enactments which might interfere with freedom.

Indeed few men are free. But it must be admitted that there are some who are bound by no creed, no law, no philosophy, except the Great Law of Good. These men would rather do good than to do right. It is possible in some instances for one to do right without doing good, especially in a world and among people where injustice reigns supreme. Men who follow the law of Goodness are masters. It is no small matter to stand alone, and, under all circumstances, to obey the Law of Goodness.

Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. Humanity stands at a crossroads, facing a crisis that demands a profound shift in consciousness. This book challenges the age-old belief that life is a burden to be endured, proposing instead that it is a precious opportunity for growth and self-discovery. The author argues against blind faith and negativity, advocating for a life guided by reason, individual responsibility, and the pursuit of happiness. This philosophy, known as the "New Commandment," encourages readers to embrace a positive and optimistic outlook, recognizing that true fulfillment comes not from escaping the world but from actively engaging with it. Drawing inspiration from nature and the inherent wisdom of the child, the book emphasizes the importance of living in harmony with natural laws. By seeking knowledge, cultivating inner strength, and embracing both work and pleasure, individuals can unlock their full potential and embark on the path toward "Godhood," a state of self-mastery and spiritual enlightenment. Ultimately, the book's message is one of empowerment and hope, offering a compelling vision of a world where happiness is attainable for all who dare to live authentically and embrace the responsibility of their own existence.
