Er war der Stifter des Klosters Latiniacum (lagny) bei Paris, wurde aber bei Peronne bestattet in einer ihm zu Ehren erbauten Kirche. An diese Kirche bei Peronne schlossen sich die Anfänge des zweiten mit seinem Andenken verbundenen Klosters; desjenigen, von dem wir hier zu sprechen haben.
