As a concluding duty, the Board appointed by the State of Connecticut to secure a due representation and display at the World's Columbian Exposition of held in the city of Chicago, the undersigned has the honor to transmit here with the final report of its doings and of the part taken by the State Of Connecticut in such exhibition.
