On a coutume de les juger d'après des analogies suffisantes pour diriger le magistrat, mais trop peu précises pour fixer les appréciations de l'expert à. Qui elles imposent, au contraire, une étude très - partien lière appropriée à chaque ordre de faits, parfois même à chaque espèce. Aussi croirai - je avoir fait une oeuvre utile, si je réussis à appeler l'attention sur ces faits, à poser nettement les questions aux quelles ils peuvent donner lieu, et à indiquer les principales règles pratiques à suivre dans ces sortes d'expertises.
