Sextus Einpiricus au chap. V].

Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book delves into the meaning of the ancient Greek philosophical term "entelecheia," a concept that has intrigued scholars for centuries. The author explores various interpretations of the term, from those who saw it as a continuous movement to those who defined it as a state of perfection. The book situates entelecheia within the broader context of ancient Greek philosophy, particularly the works of Aristotle, and examines its significance in understanding the nature of the soul, the relationship between mind and body, and the concept of teleology. Through a meticulous analysis of historical texts and philosophical arguments, the author offers a fresh perspective on this enigmatic term, shedding light on its enduring relevance to our understanding of human nature and the world around us.
