The Records of the Military Companies, of the Common School Association, of the Farmers' and Mechanics' Club, of the Temperance Associations, of the Savings Bank, and other organizations have been freely consulted, while the valuable Report of the Committee for preparing Rolls of the Fitzwilliam Soldiers in the Rebellion has been mainly trans ferred to these pages.
