Oscar Bie (geboren am 9. Februar 1864 in Breslau, gestorben am 21. April 1938 in Berlin). Er war ein deutscher Musik- und Kunsthistoriker und Publizist. Von 1894 bis 1922 leitete er die Neue Deutsche Rundschau (vormals Freie Bühne, später Neue Rundschau). Sie entwickelte sich unter seiner Redaktion zu einer der führenden kulturellen Monatszeitschrift Deutschlands. Als Opern-, Musik- und Kunstkritiker war er für den Berliner Börsen-Courier und die Weltbühne tätig. 1901 wurde Oscar Bie zum Professor ernannt und lehrte seit 1921 Ästhetik an der Musikhochschule Berlin. Als jüdischer Autor erhielt er nach 1933 Publikationsverbot, seine Bücher durften nicht mehr neu aufgelegt werden.
