Art. 2. Les Français sont seuls admis à prendre part au concours. Ils n'ont d'ailleurs à justifier que de leur nationalité.
Art. 3. Les concurrents devront se faire inscrire au Commissariat général (ministère du Com merce, rue de Varenne, où leurs demandes seront reçues, à partir du 13 août 1894, tous les jours non fériés, de dix heures à midi, et de deux heures à quatre heures.
Ces demandes d'inscription pourront être faites par lettre adressée au Commissaire général.
