Wm, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Honorable ant 8mm, en Aeeociete Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, severally held the Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York, under the provisions of 617 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, and severally decided the cases which are stated in this volume to have been decided by them severally.
