Agronomy. Frequent showers durin' the pa st treek delayed haying Operations. Some of the hay that was down got wets ral times before it could be stacked. Some cultivating of row creps was done, and the late fallow plots were plowed on July 1. Creps have improved since the good rain of last week. Some of the fall-plowed grain plots were too far gone to recover. Weeds are coming on rapidly over most of the fields. Rust is showing up in a number of plots. Weather has been favorable for its development during the past several days. Its spread depends entirely on weather conditions for the next few days.
