He blames the Congress for ignoring the problem of Hindu. Muslim unity. Mr. Gandhi, he says, should have brought into existence an organisation for conti nuous work towards this end. He himself is certain that if he had a crore of rupees to spend for this purpose he could solve the problem in three or four years. If the amount spent on the promotion of khadi had been spent on hindu-muslim unity, the question would have been solved by now.
