Excerpt from The Operative Treatment of Fractures
I have not attempted in: these pages to consider the subject of-the operative treatment of fractures in its entirety, but have confined myself more or less to dealing with general principles and with a suffi cient number of examples to illustrate the views I have put forward. My thanks are due to Mr. Shenton and others for help in connection with the radiographs, and to the printers for the care they have bestowed upon the typography.
