In accordance with section 1225 of the Revised Codes of 1899 for the state of North Dakota, as amended by the session laws of 1903, the members of the State Board of Equalization of the state of North Dakota convened at the office of the state auditor in the capitol at Bismarck, Burleigh county, North Dakota, on August 2, 1904, being the first Tuesday in August.
