Antimony. A visit to the antimony mine at Moreton's Harbor last spring, and a close examination of the property convinced me that it was a valuable deposit. The census returns for-1891 give 80 tons of ore valued at whereas the Customs returns only show a value of fer the same year and for the year previous or a total of These are the only figures I could procure, and they are evidently not much to be relied upon. While at the mine last year I was informed that about 150 tons of ore had been shipped therefrom altogether, and some eight or ten tons were then on the ground in a dump near the entrance to the main drift and at the inner end of the same drift.
