Dividerne, meglio che era possibile. L'at tivitą artistica da quella del suo socio, lo Zenale, č stato il compito che mi son prefisso; per questo ho pensato fosse utile rifarne da capo la biografia facendole seguire 1' esame delle opere che un' at tenta e diligente osservazione sussidiata dai nuovi criteri critici permette con sicurezza di attribuirgli cosichč, se non m'inganno, la figura di questo arti sta rude ma interessante, ne č balzata fuori meno av volta dai veli dei dubbi e dell'incertezza che la co privano e ha occupato il posto che le spettava di diritto nella primitiva scuola lombarda.
