The Bill is addressed to the judge or justices of the Court wherein the suit is brought, and from which it seeks relief.
In the Circuit Court of the United States for the First Circuit it would be addressed, To the Honorable the Judges of the Circuit Court of the United States of America for the First Circuit, within and for'the District of sitting in Equity.
