Näcke selbst und viele Fachleute auf psychiatrischbm oder sexualwissmschaftlichem Gebiet habenihre früheren Ah sichten uber diesen Gegenstand wesentlich geändert, nachdem ihnen umfangreichem Kreise Homo%xueller zuganglich geworden waren. Selbst v. Krafft-ebing stand nicht an, in seiner letzten Arbeit über diesen Gegenstand, die ein Viertel'jahrhundert nach seiner berühmten „psychopathia sexualis auf Grund ungemein vermehrter Erfahrungen erschien, seine ursprünglichen Anschauungen in wichtigen Einzelfragen zu berichtigen. Während er beispielsweise 1879 noch streng zwischen eu geborenen und erworbenen Fällen unterschied, ließ er allmählich diese Unterscheidung mehr und mehr fallen und brachte 19015) zum Ausdruck, daß die konträre sexual'-empfinldung stets auf einer „eingeborenen Störung der Evolution beruhc. Während er ferner in seiner ersten großen Publikation die Homosexualität als eine Krankheit ansah, erklärte er ein Menschenalter später, daß er „den Begriff der Krankheit nicht mehr festhalten könne nach allem, Was er in dieser langen Zeit gesehen, „dürfte die konträre samuel-empfindung an und f ür sich nicht als psychische Entartung oder gar Krankheit be trachtet werden.
