Excerpt from The Romance of History, Vol. 3 of 3: England
The Queen was delivered of a prince, who was named Ar thur. Simon, a priest at Oxford, set up Simnel, a baker's son, a youth about fifteen, to personate the Earl of Warwick, (who it was rumoured had escaped from the Tower,) and carried him over to Ireland. The Irish revolted and crowned the young man as Edward VI.
