The Divine Theory, Vol. 2: A System of Divinity, Founded Wholly Upon Christ; Which, by One Principle, Offers an Explanation of All the Works of God (Classic Reprint) - Softcover
Synopsis
This book explores the covenants, ordinances, and dispensations laid out in the Bible, particularly as it relates to God's people, both in the Old and New Testament. It employs a "Divine Theory" to elucidate the nature and design of each biblical covenant or dispensation, and how it functions within God's overall plan for redemption. The author posits that examining the overarching structure of these covenants and their individual elements will shed light on how God relates to different individuals, showing how and when they are taken into covenant with Him, their respective obligations and privileges, and how the pattern of God's work with His people plays out through history.
