Synopsis

Excerpt from Ruins of Many Lands: A Descriptive Poem

Since the Publishers have thought it expedient to stereotype this Edition, the present is the last time, perhaps, that the Author can hope to amplify or correct, and, on this account, he has spared -no pains or care in the execution of his task, being anxious to render the work less unworthy that favour.
