As to others, they may, perhaps, not call you rude: for there are wicked fluts who make one afhamed of one's own fex; and are as ready to admit any naufeous familiarity as fellows to offer it; nay, there are fuch in my family; but they {hall not (lay in it. That impudent trollop, who is with child by you, 15 difcha1ged by this time. As a perfon who is {truck through the heart with a thunderbolt, looks extremely furprifed; nay, and perhaps is fo too! Thus the poor ]ofeph received the falle accufation of his miltrefs: he blufhed and looked confounded; which {he milinterpreted to be fymptoms of his guilt, and thus went on.
